Need to return your item? Here are some notes (these do not apply for unlock codes):

You have 14 days from when you receive your item to return it if it's in the original condition it was received in. For example, a new cell phone must still be in its original packaging and the factory plastic must not be removed from the phone if it had any on it.

Items not in their original condition are subject to a restocking fee of a minimum of 5%.

Sigma Electronics will determine whether the product is in its original condition.

Anything that has been used by you after you receive it can not be returned.

Your refund will be processed 1-3 business days after we receive the item back. Shipping and handling will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Did your unlock code not work? You'll need to provide video recorded proof that the code didn't work to be eligible for a refund.
